First Jajangmyeon in Busan~ Jang Ga Gye Korean-Chinese Restaurant. 부산 연산9동 장가계 중화요리

Day 1 in Busan. After spent the entire morning at a Jimjil-bang at Oncheoncheon, on our way home we stop by this Korean-Chinese restaurant for lunch. He remember I told him that I want to try those famous Jajangmyeon when we are in Busan, so here we are! My very first bowl of Jajangmyeon in Busan. Jajangmyeon is a Chinese-style Korean noodle dish topped black bean sauce made of chunjang, diced pork, and vegetables. We also have Gan-jajang, another type of Jajangmyeon where the noodle and black bean sauce are serve separately; the sauce is made without adding water and starch unlike the normal Jajangmyeon. And the must not miss out Gun-man-du (pan fried dumpling) - Korean would order along when they have jajangmyeon besides tangsuyuk.
