Ganjang Chicken & Suntory Gold~ Chi Mac Bistro, Solaris Mont Kiara

A long overdue date with Shu Jin. We promised to meet up two years ago after an interview. Two years later before 2018 end we finally made it. And we talk for nearly four hours over a meal. Two of us shared 1 whole chicken of Ganjang Chicken (Soy sauce chicken) and Suntory Gold beer. I've been here few times with family and friends. Love their Korean fried chicken especially the original fried chicken, Yangmyum Chicken, Padak and Ganjang chicken which we are having tonight. Oh and also the pickle radish~ crunchy and tangy! Hopefully next meet up won't be another two years again haha.

Xmas eve stroll after lunch~ The Linc KL, Jalan Tun Razak

Christmas eve. Walk over to the newly open mall next door from my office during lunch time. An artsy mall with a giant old tree in the centre of industrial chic design building. The old tree is the reason that draws me here. 

Good Coffee & Wasabi Mayo Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich~ Grizzly, The Intermark

There is this small cafe opened in a corner-lot at the lower ground of The Intermark that I would come over and grab sandwiches and coffee once in a while. The cafe name Grizzly where the brown bear is their ambassador or representative I guess. My favourite is their Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Wasabi Mayo. They have very good coffee. I would come over for a cup of flat white when I get bored with the Nespresso coffee in office, and take a short break with coffee at the cafe's cozy corner during office hour. 

Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice~ Taipei Taipei, 1 Mont Kiara

Happy to find out that there is Taiwanese food restaurant open in 1 Mont Kiara. Before this, the only Taiwanese food restaurant in the neighbourhood that I know is Fong Lye in Desa Sri Hartamas. We tired their signature Braised Pork Rice and Soy Stew Pork with Rice, and top up a little fee for the side dishes of the day and drink. Our meal of today reminds me of 600cc in Gurney Plaza~ my favourite Taiwanese food Restaurant when I am still living in Penang. But price wise, it is slightly expensive than we thought. Food portion is decent and taste is just right!
