Craving for tempeh lately~ especially the tempeh from nasi padang at Transfer road, Penang that my Indonesian collegemates first brought me there during our college time. Ask my friend where are the nice nasi padang around KL, he told me why not try out the Nasi Padang that open last year in Plaza Damas that have good reviews on google. Off we go and here's my post-birthday brunch at Grand Sari Ratu Prima at Plaza Damas. I recognized the shoplot that they occupied right now previously was Baan Peruan Thai restaurant where the restauranter has two parrots that occasionally will play around with diners and I took pictures with them on my arm and shoulder at my last dine-in. Order 5 dishes~ crispy dendeng paru RM9, rendang daging RM8.50, ayam kampung goreng special RM10.50, sayur pucuk paku RM6, tempeh orek RM6.50. Plus a sambal merah RM4.50. two nasi putih (beras wangi) RM5.60, kopi o ais RM4 and a 5% tax. Our meal cost us RM54.60 in total. The serving portion is generous especially the tempeh. I end up take away half of the tempeh and the sambal merah home for my dinner.
