Back to KL - landed at Subang Airport as I am taking Firefly. It's off work peak hours, traffic is bad. Friend who pick me up search and find this nearby Izakaya with google reviews of 4.3 stars, we have dinner here while wait for traffic turn smoother. We could tell the place is Japanese owned as the Chef is Japanese. Since it's after working hours, there are Japanese patrons dine in and having beers. Just like MK, there are quite a numbers of Japanese living in Ara Damansara. We shared a chicken karaage, shime saba (cured mackerel), spinach sides, and omakase yakitori set of 5 (pork belly wrap with enoki mushrooms / chicken skin / chicken tail / chicken gizzard / grilled shiitake). Great place to chilled with beers and they have extensive range of alcoholic beverages. Too bad my friend needs to drive so we did not order any alcohol drinks.
