I love this Daruma don from Daruma Syukudo - a newly open Japanese restaurant in 1MK. Daruma don is a salmon donburi with 6 different type of sashimi inside: salmon, tuna, yellowtail, whelk, scallop and Ikura. It can be eat just as it is, with or without wasabi or shoyu, or pour the dashi broth into the don and mix together with the condiments. Also try the Rich Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen since my favourite ramen place closed down for renovation (and has not re-open since then....). Daruma is run by a Japanese Chef and foreign workers. Price is reasonable and affordable with the quality of food. Will definitely come back often as there are so many others in the menu that I want to try!
