Fatty & Succulent Pork Chop~ Ante, 1 Utama

Accidentally discover this place selling juicy tender Pork Chop in 1 Utama on my birthday! There is always a crowd during meal hours at Ante (maybe because we are always here during weekends). So we didn't really take a look or check out their menu till today. I am glad we make a stop when we pass by Ante just now. We are so satisfy with the fatty and succulent pork chop that we order. On top of that, we also order a carbonara pasta to share among two of us. It's Friday night and the restaurant is pack with diners. The only not good about the restaurant is the table seating is so close to each other, you can actually hear your next table talking clearly. Plus, the sound is trapped in the confined space so it's kind of noisy. Will be good if we could get a table at the alfresco area.

Satays next to MRT Stadium Kajang~ Sate Kajang Haji Samuri

Today I bring my parents take a ride on MRT from Pavilion Pusat Bandar Damansara to Stadium Kajang for the famous Sate Kajang. Not my first but second time here for the satay. First time was not long after MRT Kajang line started operation in July 2017. Sate Kajang has been widely introduce on social media as a must-do or eat if you were at Stadium Kajang stop. However I did not go to Kajang by MRT during my first visit, instead 6 of us drove to Kajang as it was late at night when we suddenly make a decision to go for sate Kajang as supper.

We had chicken, beef and lamb satays. The satay is good! The 2 floors complex building is solely occupied by the Sate Kajang Haji Samuri. Besides satays, they also have noodles and rice menu. You probably will think is it worth to come all the way to Kajang for sate. It's about 45 mins ride via MRT from Pavilion Pusat Damansara, same goes to drive here when it is off peak for traffic condition. I would say it worth to give a try if you happens to be in Kajang, since it is one of  the Kajang's signature delicacy.

Birthday lunch~ Burger & Lobster, Genting Highlands

This year my family are here spending Chinese new year together with us in KL. We went up to Genting for a day trip and they treat me an expensive lunch as my early birthday! So blessed! The queue is long but we are not require to wait there. After write down name and contact number, we can hang around in Sky Avenue while waiting for the restaurant to text us when the table is ready. The menu is simple, 2 types of lobsters, 3 types of lobster rolls and 3 types of burgers. We order all from the menu since 9 of us are sharing. Total bill came out is RM1,200++. The most expensive meal ever for our family dine-out. Apart from pricey, the burgers and the lobsters taste good though!
