New Korean butcher in Plaza Mont Kiara~ just 'left' next to Block E entrance. What a good news for me cuz it is so nearby!! I often get the pork meat from the Korean butcher inside Kim's mart, at Solaris Mont Kiara. Why Korean butcher? because they know what cuts or parts that I am looking for in cooking Korean meals as well as Korean bbq~ Same as the Korean butcher in Kim's Mart, Meatman Korea also selling pork and beef from USA and Australia. Pork is freshly get from local wholesaler, so price is reasonable!
As soon will be Seollal (same as our Chinese New Year), they are selling premium hanwoo (Korean beef) gift sets available - pre order is needed. Another thing I would like to share is, they also selling the beef bone broth freshly cook in a big pressure cooker inside the shop. As cooking beef bone broth requires long hours and many steps, Korean often will buy the beef bone broth and freeze it for later use. A 1.5 litre bottle price is RM80 each. I often use it to cook Seolleontang, Sagol Gukmul, Gukbap, Tteokguk etc.
